This can't be healthy...

The European Championship of 2008 really messed up with my sleeping hours...
While I usually sleep around 1 or 2 a.m. to around 8 a.m., my sleeping hours for these 2 weeks have shifted to around 6 or 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., just to be able to watch all the matches. This can't be healthy...

Fortunately, it's only until the 30th, and hopefully, I can get my sleeping hours back to the right time again.

it's healthy. all you gotta do is move to London or Paris or Amsterdam and your biological clock will be instantly synchronized. that is, of course, if it hasn't shifted already during the flight.
